The natural beauty of Owyhee County and the playfulness of the water attract people from near and far. There's camping available near Bruneau
    River. Getting a good workout and a chance to spend some time outdoors will have you coming back for more. This stretch of Bruneau River in Owyhee County is 40 miles long and is a class II-IV section of whitewater according
to American Whitewater. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. Now this is a pretty long section, so it looks like you will be camping out. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this is an area with not too many other rivers for that.

Roberson Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. While you're here at Bruneau River you can take a hike along the Tindall Trail. Bruneau River gets very little rainfall. November is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is July. Summertime highs at Bruneau River usually tend to be in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 30's, and night lows during the wintertime for Bruneau River tend to be in the 20's.
