Briefly about the general area: Lots of people from Pollock come to Hazard Creek, and you'll never
forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Brundage Mountain since you're here. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Salmon River Mountains. Take a hike on the Lava Butte Trail. Hazard Creek is frequently
a rather dry site. Throughout May this area sees the most rain while July is frequently the driest month. All through the summertime months highs here at Hazard Creek get into the 90's.
