Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in Idaho tend to be more challenging than the national average, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that quite a few of the sections here are not easy. | of good rivers for that around here. Getting a good workout and just being out on the river for a while have a lot of people coming here. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. has a few good paddling stretches and the Big Gulch to Robie Creek section is one of them.
Briefly about the general area: Places like Lucky Peak State Park are wonderful to have a look at, and a nice beach nearby
is Sandy Point Beach. Star Gulch is a delightful site to take a look at next to Mores Creek, and delightful skiing awaits you at Bogus Basin. This river is a wonderful place to visit. The Hulls Gulch Nature Trail offers
hiking at its best. Mores Creek is pretty dry regularly. Most of the rain falls through November while July is frequently the driest month. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Mores Creek, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
