There are so many sections to paddle in this river system, the Clear Creek to Main Salmon confluence section is just one of many. There's camping available near Panther Creek. Briefly about the general area: A good spot to pop by near Panther Creek is Bear Gulch; going for a hike on the Sagebrush Lookout Trail is always a perfect adventure.
