Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way this area has a large number of paddling spots. Briefly about the general area: During your visit to Potlatch River you'll meet some people from Kendrick for sure. There is a magnificent
hiking trail next to Potlatch River called the Sand Mountain Lookout Trail. Potlatch River gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall. December is when you get the most snow here, and the driest of the months is July. All
through the warm months, highs generally are in the 80's at Potlatch River. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 40's.
