There are plenty of other sections in this river system that can be paddled as well. about the general area: Rainbow Spring is always fun to check out; the Indian Ridge Trail is a tremendous hiking trail nearby. All year is a tremendous time in the Salmon River Mountains if you have a thing about the
outdoors. You simply have to stop at Rainbow Rock while you're here at Salmon River - East Fork of South Fork. If the weather is perfect here at Salmon River - East Fork of South Fork, you can go for a hike along the South Fork Sheep Creek Trail.
