Payette National Forest is a wonderful spot to stretch your legs a bit. The South Fork Sheep Creek Trail is a delightful hiking trail near Secesh River. During the summertime highs here at Secesh River reach the 70's; the nighttime is slightly colder of course, ordinarily in the 30's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Secesh River.
