Briefly about the general area: You'll meet a lot of folks from Wendell here, and Niagara Springs State Park is a good location. The views at Hagerman Fossil Beds National Monument will blow your mind,
and a visit to Malad Gorge State Park revives the spirit. This river is always fun. All through the summertime months highs here at Snake River reach the 90's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs
through the wintertime are ordinarily in the 30's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Snake River fall into the 10's. At Snake River you don’t see much precipitation.
