Bear Creek and access to it is private property. Do not trespass. Says Dave Doyle

This sight is great. However I cant seem how to book an outing for my empoyees. Is there some sort of sevice that provides tubes, rafts, and lifejackets? Says Jennifer

If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside Illinois you might find the rivers here a bit more manageable, so if you're not from around here don't forget that the rivers
in this state are less demanding. If you're coming from Quincy it's not a long drive at all to the put-in location, please print out a copy of the road map further down the page so you won’t get lost. You might be into whitewater
rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, around here you won't find a large number of other spots. The scenic beauty of Adams County and the water flowing gracefully down Bear Creek beats anything. There are a few other sections in this river system that can be paddled as well. This stretch is mid length, it's perfect for a one day trip. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. This section of Bear Creek in Illinois is 4.5 miles long
and is rated by American Whitewater as a class I-II section. A bit of exercise and just being out on the river for a while have a lot of people coming here. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick.

Briefly about the general area:
If you're stopping by Bear Creek from Lima, you won't be the only one, and Wakonda State Park is a good location to stretch your legs a bit. For the duration of the warmest time of the year, highs mostly are in the 80's at Bear Creek, and the night is quite cooler of course, typically in the 60's.
