  The Briscoe Road to Big Pine Creek section of Mud Pine Creek in Warren County is 2.1 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class I-II(III) section. The wonderful Warren County scenery and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water attract people from near and far. Getting some good exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors are sure to keep you coming back for more. Whether you're whitewater rafting or
    kayaking there are not so many other good places for that around here. This stretch is short so better bring some good walking shoes. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, and if you make reservations in advance
you're all set. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. The Briscoe Road to Big Pine Creek section is one of a few paddling sections in this river system. The starting location is a reasonable drive from Danville, as you can see on the road map further down.
