Briefly about the general area: Put some time aside to spend at Skew Falls while you're here at Fish River. Fish River is right by the Island Pond Trail; do take a hike on the Fox Brook Trail. Lots
of fun awaits you along this river. From a rainfall point of view Fish River is a relatively common site. August is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Through
the summertime months highs here at Fish River get into the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. Through the winter highs are ordinarily in the 10's with temperatures at Fish River dipping down into the-10's during winter nights.
