Briefly about the general area: The Bemis Trail is a magnificent hiking trail close to Kennebago River, and if you're
popping by from Rangeley, you won't be the only one. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The White Mountains rocks! If the weather is great here at Kennebago River, you can go for a hike along the Milrose Trail. A
trip to Rangeley Lake State Park when you're here at Kennebago River is a good idea. High temperatures at Kennebago River through the days of summer are in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's.
