This stretch of Webster Brook in Maine is 15 miles long and it is classified as a class I-V section by American Whitewater. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. Briefly about the general area: Don't leave Webster Brook without first going for a hike along the Freezeout Road. Good hiking is available along
the Eagle Lake Tote Road. For the period of the warm days of summer at Webster Brook highs are usually in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's,
and overnight lows all through the wintertime for Webster Brook tend to be in the-10's. From a rainfall point of view Webster Brook is a reasonably normal site.
