Briefly about the general area: Tolland State Forest is a fine place; while you're here you can take a hike along the Spring Trail. Places like Chester-Blandford
State Forest are magnificent to explore, and why not head up to Otis Ridge and strap some skis to your feet. This is such a great river. The good people of Chester like to hang out close by. Westfield River - West Branch
