Briefly about the general area: Baraga State Park is a glorious place to stretch
your legs a bit; while you're here here do visit nearby Second Sand Beach. Silver Falls is an inspiring spot to pop by during your stay, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Lanse here. This river is so good. All through
the long summer days highs here at Silver River reach the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's.
