Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both,   doesn't matter, there are lots of good places for that around here. Briefly about the general area: When you're here at Brule River it's always fun to pop by Judge C.R. Magney State Park, and there's tremendous hiking along the Great Cherry Portage. If you're dropping by Brule River from Hovland, you won't be the only one, and you can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Paradise Beach. At this river you will always have a good time.
