This stretch of Silver Creek is 1.1 miles long and is according to American Whitewater a class IV section of whitewater. The wonderful Minnesota scenery and the water flowing gracefully down Silver Creek make the trip here worthwhile. There are nice comfortable hotels here, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way this area has a large number of paddling rivers.
