| or park your RV at a nearby campground. A bit of exercise and just hanging out with mother nature are great attractions for lots of people. This stretch is mid length, it's perfect for a one day trip. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way this area has a large number of paddling places. No need to look hard for hotels, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick.

about the general area: Flood Bay is not far from Stewart River at all, and when you're here it's always fun to pop by Gooseberry Falls State Park. Stewart River is a site with many visitors from Two Harbors. The yearly
rain here at Stewart River is about average. June is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest. Through the summertime highs here at Stewart River get into the 70's with nighttime lows
