to come. The scenic beauty of New Hampshire and the water flowing gracefully down Branch Brook are reasons enough to come here and paddle. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking there are lots of good spots for that around here. When you're paddling down a White Mountains river like this one you always get great scenery along the way too. This stretch is short so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch. If
you'll be staying in a hotel you're in luck, lodging is available very near the river, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination.

Briefly about the general area:
What would winter be without some skiing at Tenney Mountain, and going for a hike on the Knockers Hole Trail is always a pleasant adventure. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the White Mountains. People from Campton love to come to Branch Brook, and there is a good hiking trail nearby called the Peaked Hill Pond Trail. This river is a wonderful place to visit. Wellington State Beach is a nice spot to go if you're at Branch Brook.
