The put-in location is a reasonable drive from Durham, as you can see on the road map further down. The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state are often easier than in other states, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that the rivers in this state are less demanding. | river where you can camp. There are a few other stretches in this river system that can be paddled as well. This stretch has has enough mileage, it's perfect for a one day trip. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this area has a large number of paddling rivers. Getting a good workout and a chance to spend some time outdoors will make you glad you came.

visiting if you're at Eno River, and lots of people from Hillsborough come here. Summertime highs at Eno River typically tend to be in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High temperatures through
the winter are normally in the 40's; all through the dark hours in the winter at Eno River temperatures sink to the 20's. All the water falling down from the sky makes Eno River a wet site. The wettest month of the year is usually July, that's the one that rains the most while April is frequently the driest month.
