Briefly about the general area: The nice folks of Wilkesboro like to hang out nearby. Reddies River is a pretty wet place ordinarily with
a large amount of rain. May is when you get the most rain here; the driest of the months is December. Throughout the warm days of summer at Reddies River highs are generally in the 70's.
