Says Kelly This stretch of Reddies River in North Carolina is 10 miles long and it is classified as a class I-II section by American Whitewater. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in North Carolina tend to be more forgiving than the national average, so if you're not from around here don't forget that many of the sections     in this state are safe for beginners. Getting a good workout and just being out on the river for a while will make you glad you came.
