you might as well stop at Hazel Hollow; you're sure to come across some cheerful folks from Dillsboro here. So much cool stuff in the Great Smoky Mountains, just extraordinary. Tuckasegee River gets lots of water. For the
period of July this area sees the most rain; October is when it's the driest. At Tuckasegee River during the warm months highs are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 60's.
