The Route 303 to Boston Mills Road section of Cuyahoga River in Summit / Cuyahoga County is 2.7 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class I-II section. You might be into whitewater rafting     or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, this is an area with plenty of spots for that. The Route 303 to Boston Mills Road section is one of many paddling sections in this river system. Getting a good workout and just hanging out with mother nature will make you glad you came. There are some good hotels near the river, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. The average whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit easier to master in this state than those in other states, so if you're not from around here don't forget that many of the sections in this state are safe for beginners. Briefly   about the general area: Buttermilk Falls is always fun to check out; there are plenty of folks from Peninsula here at Cuyahoga River. Time spent at Turkeyfoot Beach in close proximity to Cuyahoga River is always great, and a journey here wouldn’t be complete without a journey to close by Tinker's Creek State Park. This river is so wonderful. The slopes of Boston Mills are so inviting nobody can resist, and do put some time aside to spend at Brandywine Falls while you're here at Cuyahoga River. A journey to Portage Lakes State Park when you're here at Cuyahoga River is a great idea; dropping by Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area is just something you need to do if you haven't yet.
