The Belfast Road to Stonelick Creek stretch of Hershel Run in Clermont County is 1.35 miles long and is a class III-IV section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. is a very popular destination. If you're a camper you can camp at one of the great campgrounds nearby. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in Ohio is often easier than elsewhere, so better not forget that rivers in this state
| are not as hard as elsewhere. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this is an area with plenty of rivers for that. This is an extremely short section so you'd better be prepared to walk your kayak back to put-in a few times. This river system has a few good paddling stretches and the Belfast Road to Stonelick Creek section is one of them.

river is so great. When you're here at Hershel Run it's always fun to visit Stonelick State Park. The high level of rain makes Hershel Run a rather wet place. May is when you get the most rain here; the driest month is February.
During the warm months highs here at Hershel Run reach the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's.
