| stretches in this river system. The scenic beauty of Highland County and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream make the trip here worthwhile. This is a short paddling stretch so no need to bring snacks. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. Getting your paddling muscles activated and just being out on the river for a while are great attractions for lots of people.

area: A wonderful place like Rocky Fork State Park in the neighborhood of Lee's Creek is too good to leave out; while you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Leesburg. Go for a hike on the Deer Loop Trail,
and a journey to Paint Creek State Park is a nice idea. This river is so perfect. Don't leave Lee's Creek without first going for a hike along the Paw Paw Trail. Lee's Creek gets a common amount of yearly rain. Of all the
months in a year May is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the year is January. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Lee's Creek temperatures are typically in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
