Briefly about the general area: Go for a hike on the Little Eagle Trail; the good folks of Bethel like to hang out close by. That right there is plenty of entertaining stuff already but
it goes on, the Ouachita Mountains has it all. Going for a hike on the Boktuklo Trail is always a wonderful adventure. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Bok tu kolo Creek, and during summer nights
temperatures are in the 60's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Bok tu kolo Creek temperatures drop to the 20's.
