If you're coming from Stillwater it's not a long drive at all to the put-in location, as you can see on the road map further down. The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state are often easier than in other states, so keep in mind that many of the rivers in this     state are not very demanding. There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. Lodging is available near the river, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick.
