There arenít any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem and if you make reservations
in advance you're all set. The beauty of the Central Cascade Range is a great plus for this river. This stretch has has enough mileage, you can easily run it on an afternoon. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state
is often more difficult than elsewhere, so better not forget that rivers here are not as easy as elsewhere. The natural beauty of Oregon and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water are reasons enough to come here and paddle. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way this is an area with plenty of spots for that. There are plenty of other stretches in this river system that can be paddled
as well. Great exercise and just being out on the river for a while are great reasons to come.
