The put-in location is a short drive from Warren, as you can see on the road map further down. There are some     good stretches to paddle in this river system, the Loleta to Clarion stretch is one of them. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. This is a pretty decent length section, you can easily run it on an afternoon. The Loleta to Clarion stretch of East Branch Millstone Creek is 4 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class I-II(III) section. Whether you're whitewater rafting or kayaking there are not so many other good spots for that around here. A bit of exercise and spending some quality time in nature are great reasons to come. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay   the night, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. The average Pennsylvania whitewater rafting or kayaking river tends to be a bit easier to master than those in other states, so keep in mind that the rivers in this state are less demanding. Briefly about the general area: Cook Forest State Park is a great location, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Wagon Box Trail. Dark Hollow is a great place to stop at close by, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Loleta Interpretive Trail. This river has it all. If you're going to East Branch Millstone Creek from Clarington, you won't be the only one.
