The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. Briefly   about the general area: There is a magnificent hiking trail near Larrys Creek called the Clark Hollow Trail, and the snow is delightful at Ski Sawmill. A great place to pop by right next door to Larrys Creek is Pond Hollow, and if you're popping by from Linden, you won't be the only one. This is a really good river. Near Larrys Creek you come across the Bear Path Trail which is a great hiking trail. Through the warm months at Larrys Creek temperatures are generally in the 70's while nighttime lows are usually in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows throughout the winter for Larrys Creek tend to be in the 10's.
