South Carolina whitewater, Warrior Creek

Laurens county, South Carolina 49 to Enoree River section whitewater kayaking, rafting, and paddling information.

CLASS II(IV)     0.5 miles

Interesting spot; but it is surrounded by private property, difficult put-in unless you know the property owners, and needs significant rain to be worthwhile. Says Shoog

The starting location is a short drive from Spartanburg, there's a road map further down the page with more info on that. This stretch of Warrior Creek is 0.5 miles long and it is classified as a class II(IV) section by American Whitewater. The beautiful scenery of
South Carolina and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water have people coming here. The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state are often easier than in other states, so keep in mind that lots of rivers
in this state are good for beginners. And of course, there are campgrounds nearby. Since you're on this site you are probably into whitewater rafting or kayaking, either way around here you'll find a large number of good places. This is an extremely short stretch so better bring some good walking shoes. Getting a good workout and a chance to spend some time outdoors are sure to keep you coming back for more. This is one of a small number
of paddling stretches in this river system, there are a few others too.
