This stretch of Blackburn Fork in Jackson County is 19.9 miles long and has been rated as a class II-III section by American Whitewater. For all you camping people there are campgrounds nearby.     This stretch is long enough for an overnight trip if you take your time, so why not pack your sleeping bag too. The TN 6294 to Roaring River section is one of a few paddling sections in this river system. Getting some good exercise and a chance to spend some time outdoors have a lot of people coming here. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state is often more difficult than elsewhere, so keep in mind that rivers here are less forgiving.
