This section of Henderson Cr in Tennessee is 7 miles long and is according to American Whitewater a class V section of whitewater. If you've been out of state whitewater rafting and kayaking you might find the rivers here more demanding, so you'd better keep in mind that many runs in this state are not easy. No need to look hard for hotels,     but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. This is a pretty decent length section, good for a one day paddling trip. When you're paddling down a Cumberland Plateau Mountains river like this one you always get great scenery along the way too. The put-in location is a reasonable drive from Crossville. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way around here you'll find a large number of good places. This is one of a small number of paddling stretches in this river system, there are a few others too. A bit of exercise and spending some quality time in nature have a lot of people coming here. If you're a camper   you can camp at one of the great campgrounds nearby. Briefly about the general area: Snow Falls is an inspiring place to take a look at while here; during your tour here you'll meet some people from Evensville for sure. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. Don't leave Henderson Cr without first paying a visit to Laurel Falls; the Laurel-Snow Trail is a nice hiking trail nearby. Coming to this river is always a good idea. Park Fall Creek Falls State Park is a delightful location.
