This stretch is short so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. When you're paddling down a Cumberland Plateau Mountains river like this one you always get great scenery along the way too. Getting your paddling muscles activated and just hanging out with mother nature are   great reasons to come.
