Briefly about the general area: Places like Pickett State Park are splendid
to check out; if you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Elgin. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Cumberland Plateau Mountains. Go for a hike on the Hidden Passage Trail, and
if you feel like a little side journey, try Logging Hollow. This river is a great place to visit. Don't leave North White Oak Creek without first going for a hike along the Island Trail.
