Says jared This stretch of Spring Creek River is 3 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class II(III) section. The beautiful scenery of Collin Dallas County and the     sparkling of the sunlight on the water have people coming here. The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state are often easier than in other states, so keep in mind that rivers in this state are less demanding. This is a somewhat short section so it's not like you're gonna spend hours on the river in one stretch. The put-in location is a short drive from Dallas -Fort Worth-Arlington, as you can see on the road map further down. Getting your paddling muscles activated and just hanging out with mother nature are great reasons to come. There are many good hotels to choose from, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick.   There are campgrounds quite near the river where you can camp. The Renner Road to Jupiter Road stretch is one of a few paddling stretches in this river system.
