| paddling stretch so you'd better be prepared to walk your kayak back to put-in a few times. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking around here you won't find a large number of other places. Summit County scenery and the playfulness of the water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. The campgrounds here at Blacks Fork - West Fork are pretty good.
Briefly about the general area:
Hiking along the Bear River Smiths Fork Trail is nice fun, and you'll perhaps meet some people from Robertson here. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Uinta Mountains. Going for
a hike along the High Line Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Ashley National Forest is a great location. The warmest time of the year at Blacks Fork - West Fork comes with high temperatures in the 80's with night lows in the 40's.
