Getting your paddling muscles activated and a chance to spend some time outdoors have a lot of people coming here.     The wonderful Uintah County scenery and the beautiful way the water current moves down the stream make the trip here worthwhile. Now this is a pretty long section, perfect for a real wilderness adventure. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. The beauty of the Uinta Mountains is a great plus for this river. The Flaming Gorge to Lodore stretch is one of many paddling stretches in this river system. Some people prefer whitewater rafting and some kayaking, either way around here you'll find a large number of good places. Briefly about the general area: Near Green River you locate Warren Draw which is a tremendous place to explore; you can go for a hike on the Lowline Trail. You just ought to go for the Uinta Mountains. Good hiking is available along the Little Hole Trail.
