There aren’t any hotels right nearby but if you're willing to drive a short distance then no problem and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. This stretch of Ogden River - South Fork in Weber County is 7 miles long and has been determined by American Whitewater to be a class I-III section. This is one of a small number of paddling sections in this river system, there are a few others too. This section   is long enough to enjoy a good non stop paddle, suitable for an afternoon trip. The wild scenery of the Wasatch Range is great.
