The starting point is not too far from Ogden-Clearfield. Whitewater rafting and kayaking spots in this state tend to be more forgiving than the national average, so if you're not from around here don't forget that a lot of the rivers in this state are suitable for beginners. This is one of a small number of paddling sections in this river     system, there are a few others too. There are plenty of hotels here if you want to spend a night, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination. There's camping available near Weber River.
