Briefly about the general area: There's pleasant hiking along the Stevenson Brook Trail, and Waterbury Center State Park is a good location to pop by. Be careful coming to
the Green Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. Don't leave Winooski River without first going for a hike along the Hedgehop Hill Loop Trail. A tour to Little River State Park revives the soul; if you're going
to from Moretown, you won't be the only one. Bolton Valley is a very popular ski area close at hand. Winooski River gets a typical amount of yearly precipitation.
