Augusta county, Sherando Lake to South River section whitewater kayaking, rafting, and paddling information.

CLASS II-III     9 miles

Just get there today and was really disappointed. Not enough water to ride a kayak. I wonder when it is possible. The river is narrow and shallow. You must carry your kayak if you want to reach the end! Says Sebastien

We would like to get info on prices and times for the whitewater rafting. We will be in the area the weekend of July 10th, 11th and leaving the 12th. Says Terry & June Perry

Are there kayak rentals? Says Irene
