This section of Jennings Branch in Virginia is 8 miles long and it is classified as a class I-III section by American Whitewater. On this section you do get some distance, it's perfect for a one day trip. Great exercise and spending some quality time in nature are great reasons to come. There are campgrounds     quite near the river where you can camp. If you've been whitewater rafting and kayaking outside Virginia you might find the rivers here a bit more manageable, so keep in mind that the rivers in this state are less demanding. The Jennings Gap to Middle River stretch is one of a few paddling stretches in this river system. No matter if you're whitewater rafting or kayaking this is an area with plenty of spots for that. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. Briefly about the general area: Have a perfect hiking adventure along the Bear Draft Trail, and the good people of Churchville like   to hang out close by.
