Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, and if you make reservations in advance you're all set. Briefly about the general area: Here at Ogle Creek there are   plenty of folks from Covington; the Little Allegheny Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best. Jefferson National Forest is a great spot to visit, and Ogle Creek is right by the Brushy Mountain Trail. A river like this is too good to miss. All the water falling down from the sky makes Ogle Creek a wet place. The wettest month of the year is typically July, that's the one that rains the most, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Summertime at Ogle Creek comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer night lows descend down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Ogle Creek dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights.
