The nature scenery of Henry/ Rockingham County and the playfulness of the water make the trip here worthwhile. If you've been out of state whitewater rafting and kayaking you might find the rivers here more forgiving, so     better not forget that many runs in this state are very easy. This is a pretty decent length section, it's perfect for a one day trip. The nearby hotels are a bit away from the river, but do book a room before you come because it is a very popular destination.
