State Park is a good site to stretch your legs a bit, and no need to travel far to have a look at attention-grabbing stuff like Jones Bluff. This river is so good. The high level of precipitation makes Chehalis River a reasonably
wet location. December is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. Through the summer months, highs regularly are in the 70's at Chehalis River, and through the night it cools down to the 50's.
