Briefly about the general area: Good hiking is available along the Escondido Trail, and the snow is fine at Stevens Pass. If you want a fine time in the great outdoors
just come on up to the Northern Cascade Range. Go for a hike on the Middle Fork Trail; this is a popular spot for folks from Skykomish. The surroundings of this river have so much to offer. Summertime highs at Foss River
commonly tend to be in the 70's; the night is a tad chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. During the wintertime highs are commonly in the 40's; overnight lows at Foss River through the wintertime generally plunge into the 30's.
