This stretch of Little Naches River in Washington is 9.5 miles long and is a class II-III+(IV) section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. Whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state is often more difficult than elsewhere, so don't forget that many runs in this state are not easy. This is a pretty decent     length section, suitable for an afternoon trip. You might have to settle for a hotel a bit away from the river if you want to stay the night, but you'd better reserve in advance because these hotels fill up quick. There are a few other stretches in this river system that can be paddled as well. When you're paddling down a Northern Cascade Range river like this one you always get great scenery along the way too. The natural beauty of Washington and the sparkling of the sunlight on the water are in themselves reasons enough to come here to paddle. If you're a camper you can camp at one of the great campgrounds nearby. A good workout and just hanging out with mother   nature are sure to keep you coming back for more. You might be into whitewater rafting or kayaking or both, doesn't matter, this is an area with plenty of spots for that. Briefly about the general area: Going for a hike along the Manastash Ridge Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. West Quartz Creek Falls is an inspiring spot to pop by while you're here; Iron Horse State Park is a fine place to stop by on a delightful day. This river is a wonderful place to visit. Have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Mount Cliffty Trail; dropping by Lake Easton State Park is a great thing to do.
