Briefly about the general area: When you're here at Quartz Creek it's always fun to visit Gifford Pinchot National Forest; Quartz Creek is right by the
Wildcat Trail. All year is a great time in the Northern Cascade Range if you like the outdoors. Take a hike on the Table Mountain Trail. High temperatures at Quartz Creek throughout the warm days of summer are in the 70's with overnight lows in the 40's.
