The put-in location is a reasonable drive from Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue, please print out a copy of the road map further down the page so you won’t get lost. The rivers for whitewater rafting and kayaking in this state are often tougher than in other states, so if you're visiting here do keep in mind that many of the rivers here are not very forgiving. about the general area: You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Alpental since you're here. There are good sites to look at along the Pratt Lake Trail, and Olallie State Park is a delightful place to
go. This river is always fun. Going for a hike on the Mount Defiance Trail is always a nice adventure. Snoqualmie River - Middle Fork is a wet place that gets lots of precipitation.
